One was killed and four were seriously injured, police said
At least six people have been injured in a shooting at a church in Laguna Woods, California, the Orange County Sheriff’s Department said.
One was pronounced dead at the scene, and four others “Seriously injured,”Authorities have confirmed. Another man was “slightly injured” and was on his way to hospital
“We have arrested one person and recovered a weapon that may have been involved.” The sheriff’s office confirmed in a tweet that it would provide more information “As soon as possible.”

The bomber struck shortly after 1:26 p.m. local time at the Geneva Presbyterian Church on 24301 El Toro Road. Orange County Fire Authority SaysTheir first responder was at the scene “Treatment and transportation of multiple patients.”
Authorities have not shared information about possible motives at this stage as law enforcement officials continue their investigation.
